熊朝晖，男，九三学社社员，本科毕业于中国矿业大学（北京）地球科学与测绘工程学院测绘工程专业矿山测量方向，硕士毕业于武汉大学测绘学院大地测量学与测量工程专业，博士为武汉大学测绘学院与中国气象科学研究院联合培养，现为湖南科技大学地理空间信息技术国家地方联合工程实验室讲师，主要从事GNSS地学应用、灾害天气预警等相关研究。
